South River RC boats makes no representations about the reliability of the features of the this web site, and disclaims all liability in the event of any service failure. You acknowledge that any reliance on such material and/or systems will be at your own risk.

Return Policy

Custom made items are not returnable for that reason all details need to be specified at the time of ordering.

Any non-custom item can be returned for a refund if unused and in resalable condition with all instructions and packaging within 30 days from purchase. Customers must pay for return shipping and 20% restocking fee. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. No refunds will be made after 30 days.

All sales are final once the item is used in any way.

All shipping boxes should be inspected for damage prior to signing UPS/USPS delivery sheet . Any damaged items from shipping, must be brought to the attention of the carrier and claim should be made through them.

All warrantees are covered by the manufacturers. Please contact us as a go between if there is a problem with the manufacturer.

Canceled orders are charged a 20% restocking fee.

All shipping costs associated with defective or warranted items must be prepaid at your cost. This includes the shipping costs of the items being returned to us and the items being shipping back to you as replacement.

Please contact us here to obtain an return authorization number before shipping the item to us.

All prices, pictures and descriptions on this site are subject to change. South River RC Boats maintains no responsibility for inadvertent errors. In the event of typographical errors on our site or publications, South River RC Boats reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at its sole discretion. Please contact us within 30 days regarding price or promotion discrepancies.
